Hello!

On behalf of our God and Savior Jesus Christ and the Saints of First Baptist Church, I welcome you.

We are a fellowship of loving and gracious people whom have given ourselves to wholeheartedly following Jesus Christ.  As a church, a body of believers, we have committed ourselves to being disciples, going out and teaching all that Jesus has commanded. 

We are a family church.  We are close in our friendship.  We are very children friendly.  It’s a place where people know your name….and love you.  In a fast paced consumer culture, we are an oasis, a placed for rest, a place to get fed and resourced. It is a place to make friends in our life long journey of loving and serving Jesus Christ. 

We have a balanced fellowship, with younger people and senior people alike.  Our worship service reflects the breadth of people which God has brought together with contemporary and traditional music.  We have Sunday School opportunities for all ages.

We want children to learn to worship our Holy God; therefore we encourage Children to be with their parents in the worship service until the time of the message.  They will have experienced worship in song, in prayer, in giving along with a children’s message.  Children are then invited (but not required) to go to Children’s church for their own special time.
